The composition of quinograin responds to the desires to eat many consumers. It contains three seeds: red quinoa, sesame and chia. With a high cereal content (85%!), it contains three different types: wheat, rye and oats. Particularly a source of fiber and protein*, it also asserts its originality through acerola, which replaces ascorbic acid. So many characteristics that make it an original bread, able to widen the gap with the competition.
Quinograin attracts as much by the benefits of its ingredients as by its flavors. Their balance and sweetness allows your customers to enjoy this bread from breakfast and throughout the day, for a snack as sweet as salty.

Wheat flour - Ground wheat flour with stone grindstone - Rye flour - Quinoa seeds (8%) - Sesame seeds - Wheat gluten - Chia seeds (Salvia hispanica) - Toasted barley malt - Oatmeal - Deactivated and dehydrated seiglerye leaven - Malted wheat flour - Agent Cereals : 85.5% - Seeds : 14%.
