Preparation instructions:
CONVECTION OVEN: Place on a grill and cook with minimum ventilation at about 464°F (240°C) for 5-7 minutes
STONE OVEN: Bake on the stone at 554°F (290°C) – 572°F (300°C) [30% bottom, 70% top] for about 4 minutes.
