If you want to make delicious cereal and seed breads, the Kapnor blend is perfect for you. Its balanced richness in cereals and seeds will seduce you, with 71% cereals and 19.5% seeds. Wheat, barley, rye, sunflower, brown linen and yellow linen balance in a beautiful variation of flavors, and reveal to the tasting a malty taste.   Our advice: use this blend for cereal bread to create mini breads that will be used to make nourishing and healthy sandwiches. The "Nordic" type recipes are all indicated for the Kapnor mixture.   The mixture of cereals and seeds Kapnor is a delight of the eyes and palate, giving a bread to the brown crumb and rich in seeds. Healthy, it is a must, with a large intake of fiber.   The Kapnor cereal and seed blend is very easy to work with, including cold.   Discover our implementation tips: 1 kg of Kapnor flour, 600 ml of water, knead with a mixer/spiral at 55°C or at the oblique/Artoflex axis at 58°C. For kneading, count between 5 and 14 minutes depending on the chosen speed. Form bastards or 400 g balls well spaced for growth, to be placed in a mold or tray.  The breads made with the Kapnor flour mixture offer an even more attractive visual when presented in cardboard trays and sprinkled with the Ceréflok's Moul-Bie seed mixture.
