All of our food is made using our proprietary Whole Ancient Grain Flour, in our 100% dedicated gluten free and SQF certified facility.
Our Ancient Grains include Amaranth, Teff, Sorghum, and Millet, plants that are essentially unchanged from hundreds of years ago. The result is a nutritious, fiber-rich, great-textured food that is delicious and superior in taste, texture and nutrition to the vast majority of typical rice and corn-based Gluten Free foods.

Preparation Instructions
- Place pasta in rapidly boiling, salted water.
- Cook for 3 minutes if thawed. Drain Pasta.
- Toss with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
