Etiopia Danesi Single Origin Coffee
Ethiopia is the cradle of Coffea arabica and in the Sidamo region we have selected a fully traceable coffee coming from the Bombe mountains, which is amongst the best suited sites to grow quality coffee. The smallholders from Shanta Wene village grow their coffee cherries up to 2050 meters of altitude in small plot of maximum 2-hectares. Once ripen, the farmers deliver their cherries to the Ayla washing station where they’re processed adopting alternative methods to give the coffee all its flavor complexity and sweetness.
