Our gatino lite mousse base is a powder blend with a neutral taste that is easily flavored and incredibly versatile to work well in a wide variety of pastry applications. 

This powder blend already has sweeteners blended in, so just add heavy cream to activate and one of our all-natural purees for flavor. The aerating agent in the product will save you time in production by requiring the use of less cream while the gelifying agent stabilizes the mousse for freeze-thaw cycles and ensures a clean cut.
