Ingredients

1 ea Euro-Bake Grilled Brioche Bun - SKU 228875

2 Smashed Beef Patties

2 Slices of Cheese

Fried Onions

Classic Burger Sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, mustard mixed)

Iceberg Lettuce

Gherkins

Preparation

  • Prepare Smashed Burger Patties:
Form 6oz balls of high-fat ground beef, smash flat in a hot pan with a heavy tool, or use ready-made smashed patties from your supplier for convenience. Cook burgers for 6–8 minutes, flipping once.
  • Start by toasting the Euro-Bake Grilled Brioche Bun so its warm and golden.
  • Spread burger sauce on the inside base of the toasted bun. Don't be shy, the saucier, the better.
  • Pile on some freshly sliced lettuce for that crunch factor.
  • Place one smashed burger patty on the lettuce and then top it with a slice of cheese.
  • Then stack on the second burger and, you guessed it, another slice of cheese. Double the layers, double the joy.
  • Top it all off with some sliced gherkins and freshly fried onions.
  • Add some more burger sauce on the inside lid of the bun before finishing.
